skate fashion – drake mag

Project Brief For this semester’s fashion story in Drake Mag, we focused on skate fashion. I developed a comprehensive style guide for the photoshoot and worked closely with the Photo Director to bring the vision to life through the photography.

My Process To highlight the fashion, I kept the focus primarily on the photos themselves. I minimized the use of copy to allow the imagery to take center stage, and incorporated hand-drawn elements and a custom, handmade typeface to add a personal and raw touch to the spread. This approach reinforced the authentic vibe of skate culture.
